With an abundance of space and natural light, this penthouse apartment features a strong, simple use of limited materials and restrained colour. The apartment layout was designed in collaboration with Italian architect Claudio Silvestrin. The calming neutral pallet balances the expansive surfaces. The interior soft furnishings, by Jolson, explore a subtle shift of tonal colour, texture and materials with blown glass, leather, linen, and hand-loomed rugs. The sweeping curve of the floor plan emphasises the bay and city views.
This was the first of two residential projects with this client.
